La Première Brique makes real estate investment accessible to everyone starting from €1. However, their initial identity, very community-oriented and quirky, did not reflect their ambition: to become a credible player in tech and finance while remaining close and educational.
The challenge was to translate this mission of democratizing a sector perceived as elitist into an identity that combines accessibility, trust, and performance.
We supported the brand in a complete overhaul: branding, design, website, UX and UI. The objective: a clear and intuitive experience capable of attracting first-time investors without losing the seasoned ones.
The artistic direction draws inspiration from the codes of construction and finance: a red inherited from brick, architectural shapes, a logo that symbolizes the collective, and 3D animations to embody yield and progression.
Here, the brand becomes what it promises: an ally, an educator, and committed, a statutory player that opens real estate investment to everyone, brick by brick.
