Bruno is the grandfather of our founders, Barthélémy and Léonard. An Italian immigrant, he built everything from scratch: his businesses, his family. It must be said that he was a man of great courage and an intense worker. Bruno didn’t wait for someone else to do things for him. Yet, his demands never prevented him from being profoundly human.

FAQ

Branding agency in Rouen

Why choose Bruno as a branding agency in Rouen?

Because Bruno gives Normandy companies an office in Rouen and the resources of an agency of about 40 people. On rue Le Nostre, you meet the people assigned to your project. Behind them, the teams in Paris, London and San Francisco, all on staff, bring in a strategic planner or a developer whenever one is needed. The workshops stay in Rouen.

Where does Bruno’s Rouen team meet clients?

Bruno’s Rouen office is at 24 rue Le Nostre, 76000 Rouen. Companies in the Rouen area meet the team working on their brand there, without falling back on video calls for the big moments. For a workshop that brings together leadership and several departments, being close by makes life much easier. Let us know before you drop in: a workshop works better prepared than as a surprise visit.

Can a branding project go all the way to the website and the campaign?

Yes. A branding project can go all the way to the website and the campaign, and Bruno then runs it with the same team. Positioning and identity come first; the website makes them usable, the campaign makes them known. Keeping it all in the same hands stops a web vendor from reinterpreting a brand it didn’t design.

Has Bruno worked for companies in Normandy?

Yes. Bruno worked for the McDonald’s restaurants at Le Havre Docks and Grand-Quevilly when they launched 24/7 home delivery. The agency had free rein on a billboard campaign aimed at students and night-shift workers alike. It also came up with a Call of Duty tournament streamed live on Twitch, which drew more than 262,000 visitors.

Is a Normandy company better off working with an agency in Rouen?

Often, yes, especially when the project means getting several people in a room regularly, and Bruno has its office right on rue Le Nostre. Strategy interviews happen face to face, at your place or ours, and Le Havre or Évreux are easy day trips. The rest of the project draws on the Paris and London teams. You get an office close by, and the perspective of an agency working well beyond the Seine.

Can you modernize an established brand without losing loyal customers?

Yes, and Bruno starts by spotting what your customers actually recognize, before touching anything. A color, a name, a turn of phrase can carry decades of trust. That core stays; everything else can change, from the logo to the tone of voice. The goal is for loyal customers to notice the brand has grown up, without feeling they’ve lost one.

How long does a new visual identity take?

Bruno usually allows two to three months for a visual identity on its own, and three to five months if strategy and verbal identity are part of the project. Your starting point changes everything: a brand with a clear positioning moves faster than one still finding itself. So does the number of decision-makers. Having an office nearby at least makes it quicker to get everyone together.
