Bruno is the grandfather of our founders, Barthélémy and Léonard. An Italian immigrant, he built everything from scratch: his businesses, his family. It must be said that he was a man of great courage and an intense worker. Bruno didn’t wait for someone else to do things for him. Yet, his demands never prevented him from being profoundly human.

FAQ

Digital web agency in London

Why choose Bruno as your digital web agency in London?

Bruno handles the website and its launch with one team, so a web agency and a comms agency never end up passing the buck. Designers, developers and copywriters are all on staff, in London as in Paris. The London team reads every page with a British ear. On launch day, everyone is talking about the same brand.

Where does Bruno work from in London?

You’ll find Bruno in London at 32 Blackfriars Road, SE1 8PB, south of the river and a few minutes from Blackfriars Bridge. You’re welcome to come in for a workshop or a design review. The team there works hand in hand with rue de Liège in Paris, about two and a quarter hours away on the Eurostar. Both cities share one project schedule.

What does a digital web agency do beyond the website?

A digital web agency designs the site and also takes care of what brings people to it. At Bruno, UX/UI and development sit next to brand launch, with LinkedIn announcement posts or a launch video in the same art direction as the site. The brand looks the same wherever people meet it.

Which projects has Bruno taken all the way to launch?

For LegalPlace, Bruno handled the strategy, website, app and brand launch, right through to TV and the Paris metro. For Sumeria, Lydia’s bank account, the agency made the first ad campaign, a series of short, absurd and funny films. Both are French brands. The method crosses the Channel without any trouble.

What do London audiences expect from a fintech website?

London audiences expect a fintech website to prove its promise quickly, so Bruno designs it as a product demo. For Qonto, visitors could try the app straight from the website, without opening an account. In a city full of fintechs, proof is what stands out. The City has read plenty of adjectives already.

Can the website and the campaign go live on the same day?

Yes. Bruno often prepares both in parallel so they launch together. The site is designed first because it sets the art direction, and the posts, videos and launch visuals follow while it’s being built. On go-live day, everything is ready. A site that launches in silence looks a lot like one that never launched.

How long does it take to build and launch a site?

Bruno usually plans two to four months for the website and one to three months for the launch around it, often running side by side. Those timings vary a great deal with the scope, the content you already have and the number of decision-makers, in London and at head office. The shared schedule is agreed at the first workshop.
