Bruno is the grandfather of our founders, Barthélémy and Léonard. An Italian immigrant, he built everything from scratch: his businesses, his family. It must be said that he was a man of great courage and an intense worker. Bruno didn’t wait for someone else to do things for him. Yet, his demands never prevented him from being profoundly human.

FAQ

Web design agency in Leeds

Why choose Bruno as your web design agency in Leeds?

Bruno designs websites that its own developers then build, with no change of team between mock-up and launch. For a Leeds business, that means what you approved on screen is what goes live. The UI/UX designers work with you over video, on designs you can annotate directly. The awards, around thirty of them, came afterwards.

Does Bruno have an address in Leeds?

No. Bruno’s offices are in Paris, Rouen, London and San Francisco, and the London team at 32 Blackfriars Road looks after projects in Yorkshire. King’s Cross to Leeds is a little over two hours by train, short enough to present designs in person. The rest of the project runs over video.

What is a web design agency for?

A web design agency shapes the experience of your site: how visitors find their way, what they see and what they grasp first. Bruno starts with UX/UI, builds the sitemap and then the designs, drawing on your visual identity. The same team then moves on to development. So the design never has to survive a handover.

What web design examples can Bruno point to?

For Le Collectionist, which opens the door to exceptional villas, Bruno created an elegant, discreet graphic language in collaboration with Martin Silvestre and Cassandre Montoriol. For Ornikar, the agency reworked the art direction, UX/UI and web for a brand that speaks to young drivers and their families alike. Two audiences, two ways of guiding the eye.

Can a Leeds retailer sell online with the same care as in store?

Yes, and Bruno designs e-commerce sites as shop windows people actually want to browse. Leeds has known since that Kirkgate stall that presentation matters as much as the product. For Work With Island, the agency went from strategy to the online shop, with a Bauhaus-inspired identity. The acoustic pods sell without making a sound.

Can we redesign our website without rebuilding everything?

Often, yes. Bruno starts by looking at what already works before suggesting a full rebuild. The pages people actually visit, the content worth keeping and the tools your team uses every day all shape the decision. Sometimes only the interface needs to change, sometimes the sitemap is what’s getting in the way. You’ll know after the first conversation.

How many months should a web design project take?

Two to four months is the average for a Bruno web design project, build included. It varies a lot from one project to the next: a new interface on a sound structure moves faster than a brand-new site with an online shop, and every extra decision-maker adds another round. The schedule is agreed with you at the start, presentation dates included.
