Bruno is the grandfather of our founders, Barthélémy and Léonard. An Italian immigrant, he built everything from scratch: his businesses, his family. It must be said that he was a man of great courage and an intense worker. Bruno didn’t wait for someone else to do things for him. Yet, his demands never prevented him from being profoundly human.

FAQ

Web design agency in London

Why choose Bruno as your web design agency in London?

Bruno maps every journey before drawing a single screen, then builds it in-house, with nothing subcontracted. In London, that means one studio for UX, UI and code, with people you call by their first names. The agency is a Framer Expert, so your team keeps control of its pages after launch.

Where is Bruno’s London office?

Bruno’s London office is at 32 Blackfriars Road, SE1 8PB, between Southwark station and Blackfriars Bridge. Sitemap workshops and prototype tests happen there around a proper table. We welcome British brands as well as French ones heading for the UK. Tea is provided.

What are the stages of a web design project?

Every web design project begins with the sitemap, then designs and a clickable prototype, and finishes with the build. Bruno runs the early stages in UX/UI and the last one in web development, with the same team. If the brand needs a refresh first, visual identity slots into the timeline.

Where can we see examples of Bruno’s websites?

For Qonto, Bruno designed a site that let visitors try the app without opening an account, proving the product was simple instead of claiming it. For Cure51, a French TechBio, the agency created the identity and a new website built to rally a global research community. Two sites, two audiences, the same obsession with clarity.

Does a French brand in London need a bilingual website?

In most cases, yes, so Bruno designs the templates for both languages from the outset. London has one of the largest French communities outside France, but your British customers read English first. The two versions differ in length and in reading habits, so every page has to work in both versions. The English is written in London, the French in Paris.

What is a design system, and when do you need one?

A design system is the library of components and rules that lets you create new pages without redesigning everything, and Bruno builds one whenever a site needs room to grow. Every button, card and grid is defined once, along with how to use it. It earns its keep when several teams publish, or when a website and an app need to look like family. Without one, pages quietly drift apart.

From sitemap to launch, how much time is needed?

Bruno allows two to four months on average for a website, from sitemap to launch. That range widens quickly: a design system to create, a bilingual version or a large decision-making committee add weeks, while a solid existing identity saves some. The schedule is fixed in the proposal, then kept to on Blackfriars Road.
