Bruno is the grandfather of our founders, Barthélémy and Léonard. An Italian immigrant, he built everything from scratch: his businesses, his family. It must be said that he was a man of great courage and an intense worker. Bruno didn’t wait for someone else to do things for him. Yet, his demands never prevented him from being profoundly human.

FAQ

Web design agency in Dallas

Why choose Bruno as your web design agency in Dallas?

Bruno keeps design, development and maintenance in one team, so an approved site doesn’t change its face along the way. You test a prototype before coding starts, then find online exactly what you signed off. Nobody on it is a freelancer. For a Dallas company, distance matters less than the number of people you have to chase.

Which Bruno office handles Dallas projects?

Dallas projects are handled by Bruno’s San Francisco office, at 415 Mission St, since the agency has no address in Texas. Dallas runs on Central Time, two hours ahead of California. Design reviews happen over video, and you test the prototype in your own browser. An in-person workshop is still on the table when the project calls for it.

What does a web design agency hand over at the end of a project?

A web design agency hands over a live website, and Bruno adds what you need to run it without depending on us. Your team gets a CMS it knows how to use and a component library for building new pages, while maintenance stays with the people who wrote the code. The stages are laid out on the UX/UI and web development pages.

Which brands have trusted Bruno with their website?

With Bruno, Ornikar grew into a more grown-up brand, from messaging to UX/UI and the web. Elevo asked for an identity and a website to present a calmer, clearer HR platform. Neither client is in Texas. Their challenge shows up everywhere, though: make a complex service obvious on a single screen.

How do you design a website for a franchise network?

For a franchise network, Bruno first designs a page template for each location, then the rules for what head office controls and what each franchisee can change. The Dallas area is home to the headquarters of many chains, so that tension is familiar here. For two McDonald’s restaurants in Normandy, the agency created a campaign announcing 24/7 delivery.

Will the live site match the designs we approved?

Yes, because Bruno’s designers and developers work in the same team and talk throughout the design phase. The developer watches the designs take shape, flags anything hard to build, and the designer adjusts before you sign off. Animations and details make it from prototype to live site. “Almost the same” isn’t part of the delivery.

What’s a realistic timeline for a new website?

A new site with Bruno typically takes shape over two to four months. A multi-location network with a page per address takes longer than a simple presentation site, though, and the number of people signing off, head office and franchisees alike, weighs as much as the design. The stages and their dates are fixed before we begin.
