Bruno is the grandfather of our founders, Barthélémy and Léonard. An Italian immigrant, he built everything from scratch: his businesses, his family. It must be said that he was a man of great courage and an intense worker. Bruno didn’t wait for someone else to do things for him. Yet, his demands never prevented him from being profoundly human.

FAQ

Web design agency in Phoenix

Why choose Bruno as your web design agency in Phoenix?

Because Bruno doesn’t draw a screen until it knows what that screen is for. The site map is built with you, the prototype gets tested, then the same people build the site in-house. The agency has around forty people, all on staff, so whoever presents your design is the person who drew it. Which means they can actually answer your questions.

Does Bruno have an office in Phoenix?

No. Bruno has no office in Phoenix; Arizona projects are run by the San Francisco team at 415 Mission St. Design reviews and check-ins happen over video, with the designers named on your site. For an in-person kickoff, it’s roughly a two-hour flight. The prototype just shows up as a link.

What does a web design agency bring to a business?

A web design agency brings an outside eye to your site: what a stranger understands, what they look for and where they give up. At Bruno, we like to say UI rests the eyes and UX rests the brain. That digital and UX/UI work builds on your visual identity and leads to web development done in-house.

What web design work can Bruno show?

For Brevo, then called Sendinblue, Bruno kept the brand’s original blue, redesigned the site and built a 3D mascot in the style of Kapla wooden blocks, turning from a bike into a rocket as the customer journey unfolds. The company’s revenue grew fivefold in three years. For Patchwork, the job was to make booking a workspace as simple as it is pleasant.

What’s the time difference between Phoenix and Bruno’s team?

With Bruno’s team in San Francisco, it depends on the season, because Arizona doesn’t observe daylight saving time. In summer, Phoenix is on the same time as San Francisco; in winter, you’re an hour ahead. Paris is eight to nine hours ahead of you, depending on the time of year. So we book meetings in Phoenix time, and nobody gets it wrong twice a year.

Can we redesign our website without losing search rankings?

Yes, and Bruno handles it before launch, not after. We start by listing the pages that already get visitors, then point every old address to the right new page with a 301 redirect. Content that brings in traffic is kept or rewritten, never quietly deleted. The design gets the redesign noticed. The redirects keep your visitors.

How long does a web design project take?

A site designed and built by Bruno usually takes two to four months. Beyond that, it depends on the project: the number of templates, the copy still to write, a redesign with lots of pages to redirect, or a brand that needs work at the same time. The schedule is set at the start, with review dates in Phoenix time.
