Bruno is the grandfather of our founders, Barthélémy and Léonard. An Italian immigrant, he built everything from scratch: his businesses, his family. It must be said that he was a man of great courage and an intense worker. Bruno didn’t wait for someone else to do things for him. Yet, his demands never prevented him from being profoundly human.

FAQ

Web development agency in Phoenix

Why choose Bruno as your web development agency in Phoenix?

Because Bruno writes code meant to last, with developers on staff who maintain it afterward. They work with the designers who drew the screens, which avoids the back-and-forth between two vendors. Bruno is a Framer Expert and also builds in React when a site has to handle data. You keep one point of contact, from prototype to maintenance.

Does Bruno have an office in Arizona?

No: Phoenix projects are run by Bruno’s San Francisco office at 415 Mission St, as the agency has no address in Arizona. The flight takes about two hours, which makes an in-person workshop easy to set up. The rest of the time, everything happens over video. You talk directly to the developers, with nobody in between.

Does web development include UX?

Web development and UX are two separate crafts, but Bruno has them work together from the start. UX/UI decides the journeys and screens; development makes them fast, readable on every screen and easy to evolve. A flow that looks great in a mockup still has to hold up on an old phone. Checking that is the developer’s job.

Which interfaces has Bruno built?

Bruno has worked on interfaces where users need to get it fast. For Homebox, a storage company, the site supports a moment that’s often stressful: moving. Elevo, a talent management platform, got a new identity and a website that make the product easier to read. In both cases, the code serves a clear path.

Arizona doesn’t change its clocks: how do meetings work?

Bruno plans the schedule around the season, since Arizona keeps the same time all year. From March to November, Phoenix is on the same time as San Francisco; in winter, it’s an hour ahead. With Paris, the gap shifts between nine and eight hours depending on the period. We note it in the project calendar, so nobody misses a presentation in November.

Can one site serve both the US and Europe?

Yes, Bruno builds sites with several versions on a single base, instead of two sites to maintain. Each market gets its own URLs, tags that tell Google which version to show, and its own date formats. The agency’s own site works this way, in French, American English and British English. The copy for each market is rewritten for its readers, not machine-translated.

How long does it take to develop a site?

Bruno estimates two to four months on average to develop a site, designs included. A site in several languages or connected to your internal tools tends to land at the top of that range. Late content and multiple rounds of approval stretch it too. The code is rarely the bottleneck.
